Commuter students are encouraged to participate in the traditional activities hosted by student organizations and groups. However, we realize the restraint on time with some students, and weekdays may not be available. Student Activities sponsors 4 Saturday Day Trips per academic year in which commuter students and their families can participate at a low cost. Space is on a first come/first serve basis and limited to the first 50 respondents.
Participants = student, staff, faculty, alumni, and guests
Spaces are limited!
Register and pay in C-404 of the
Taubman Student Services Center.
Registration and Liability forms are available below,
or in the office (C404).

For Trips to Canada:
Are you an international student or Non-US citizens? You may need a visa to enter Canada.
You are responsible for obtaining proper documentation to cross the border legally, prior to the Toronto Day Trip. This includes your passport (or enhanced driver's license), Canadian visa (if required based on your nationality), and US Visa (for US re-entry). You must provide this documentation to the Office of Student Engagement. We will need to physically see it. We will record your name, your passport #, visa # and nationality. We will not keep your documentation. You must bring it again to get on the bus, then we will collect it once on the bus to provide to the border patrol. If you cannot provide the proper documentation, you forfeit your seat on the bus.
*Trip dates, times, and costs are subject to change. Please check your email and the Commuter Student Website for additional information or changes. Trip prices include transportation and ticket (if applicable). All other expenses are the responsibility of the participant (meals, souvenirs, etc.)
