The Division of Student Affairs exists to advance student learning which builds community. We coordinate most of the non-academic aspects of student life at Lawrence Tech. We promote a caring and safe community. We promote inclusiveness, support the success and growth of all students, and enrich the student experience.

We are comprised of 12 departments, four on-campus residence halls and one off-campus residence hall. We believe engaged students are the most successful. From new student orientation to commencement, we will be a part of your experience.

Suicide Prevention

LTU is committed to helping all members of our community to recognize and respond to others considering suicide. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among college students. Suicide is preventable. Students are invited to attend the QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training Program at LTU and learn how to recognize signs of suicide and how to save a life.
