This leadership development workshop series leading to a certificate in leadership will teach new, recently promoted and experienced managers the skills needed to perform effectively and successfully as leaders.

Each session is four hours long and is offered once per week at Lawrence Technological University.  Sessions are interactive and application-based. 

Self-Awareness, Reflection, Global Leadership, Valuing Diversity and Ethics

Session Outcomes:

  • Introductions and overview of the sessions

  • Identify the skills and competencies associated with effective leadership

  • Identify personal strengths and development areas for maximizing EI
