LTU Instructor awarded the National Storytelling Network's prestigious ORACLE Circle of Excellence Award
Corinne Stavish, a full time Instructor for the Humanities, Social Sciences and Communication Department was recently awarded the National Storytelling Network’s prestigious ORACLE Circle of Excellence Award. The Circle of Excellence is presented to artists who are recognized nationally by their peers to be master storytellers who set the standards for excellence and have demonstrated, over a significant period of time, a commitment and dedication to the art of storytelling.Thursday, May 7, 2020
New LTU degree combines technology with the humanities
Lawrence Technological University is offering a new degree that combines high tech with the humanities to prepare graduates for the jobs of tomorrow. Interactive online symposium examines plagues through literature
Putting the coronavirus pandemic in historical context in view of earlier plagues is the topic of a new interactive, online symposium offered free by Lawrence Technological University’s College of Arts and Sciences. “Plague Literature in the Time of Coronavirus: an Online Symposium for the Quarantined” will be conducted from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Eastern time Sunday, April 12 online. The series continues with sessions on Fridays, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8, and May 15, all from 7 to 8:30 p.m.Monday, April 6, 2020
LTU senior wins state broadcast scholarship
