Mackinac Bridge board sees world-class infrastructure research at LTU

Lawrence Technological University shared its advanced infrastructure research capabilities with the people who run one of the world’s most iconic bridges Thursday. Four of the six members of the Mackinac Bridge Authority board and other MDOT officials toured LTU’s Nabil Grace Center for Innovative Materials Research, informally known on campus as the Grace CIMR.

Egyptian consul visits Lawrence Tech, talks future partnerships

Lawrence Technological University boasts America’s first Egyptian-American college president, Tarek M. Sobh. Last week, the Consulate General of Egypt in Chicago returned the honor, sending  Sameh Aboul-Enein, consul general, to LTU’s Southfield campus for a visit.
