Lawrence Tech named 'Champions of Character Five-Star Institution' by NAIA

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has named Lawrence Technological University as one of the winners of its Champions of Character Five-Star Institution Award. Each year, the NAIA uses its Champions of Character scorecard to measure the pursuit of character-driven athletics in its 252 member institutions.

At LTU, students from around the nation show off self-driving car programming skill

LTU is the college champion of self-driving cars--for the fifth straight year

The collegiate champion trophy for self-driving automotive technology resides at Lawrence Technological University. Lawrence Tech’s Team ACTor—an acronym for Autonomous Campus Transport—won an amazing fifth straight championship at the Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition, staged each year since 1993 at Oakland University in Rochester.
