Lawrence Technological University—joined by the City of Southfield and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation—will cut the ribbon on its new manufacturing business accelerator Friday, Oct. 4 during an invitation-only ceremony at 9 a.m.
Jean Mallebay-Vacqueur, the Honorary Consul of France in Michigan, will be honored as the sixth recipient of Lawrence Technological University’s Global Citizen Award, to be presented on Saturday, Sept. 7 at the start of a new academic year.
The second year of a lecture series on the technologies we make and how they affect our lives will begin next month at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield. The “Humanity + Technology Lecture Series” event will take place Thursday, Sept. 12 at 12:30 p.m. in the Mary E. Marburger Science and Engineering Auditorium, Room S100 in LTU’s Science Building.
