LTU football legend Harry Kazanjian passes away at 90

Harry “The Horse” Kazanjian, the honorary captain for Lawrence Technological University’s return to football competition in 2018, died Sunday, Feb. 3, at the age of 90. Kazanjian was the leading rusher for the football team of what was then the Lawrence Institute of Technology in the fall of 1946, its last season of football competition until 2018.

Coffee entrepreneur with ties to LTU scores deal on ABC-TV's 'Shark Tank'

Budding entrepreneur Max Feber has fulfilled a childhood dream of being featured on ABC's entrepreneurial pitch show “Shark Tank” – and during the appearance, Feber even scored a deal with billionaire Mark Cuban. Feber and his pitch for the Bruw cold-brewed coffee system were featured on the Sunday, Jan. 6 edition of the show, and Feber accepted $50,000 from Cuban for a 30 percent stake in the company.
