JOB DUTIES The Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Business and Information Technology at Lawrence Technological University works collaboratively with the Dean, department chairs, and faculty; and under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Development plans, articulates, and implements a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan to meet the educational mission of the College and its programs and areas. The Director qualifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards a portfolio of donors and prospective donors with the inclination and capacity to make significant major gifts ($50,000 and greater) to the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Business and Information Technology.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. Five or more years of development experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
