JOB TITLE: Assistant Registrar
HIRING SUPERVISOR: Director of Institutional Research & Registrar
DIVISION:  Enrollment Services
DEPARTMENT: Office of the Registrar/Enrollment Services
TYPE:  Full-Time

JOB DUTIES:  Assists the Registrar with the development, planning, implementation and assessment of all registrar technologies used to service students and faculty. Assist with the coordination of all interfaces to the university student information system. Develop training programs and train specific offices and staff that will use the Office of the Registrar technologies. Explore new technology possibilities to assist the technical growth of Enrollment Services.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor Degree, or equivalent certificate program; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Banner experience preferred.
