Admission ProcessThe University has a selective admissions process, the objective of which is to identify men and women who have the highest potential for advancement in their chosen field of study. While a student applicant’s academic record is a reliable measure for the prediction of academic success, the admissions decision is more complex than admitting students on the basis of a numerical formula. With this intent, Lawrence Tech considers, in addition to the applicant’s previous academic record, factors which demonstrate an aptitude for successful study.
After you submit your application for admission, please contact the Office of Admissions to let us know of any changes or corrections to your application at 248.204.3160 or email@example.com.

*Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, Lawrence Tech has made a temporary change in our standardized test submission policy to protect the health and well-being of our future students. Freshman applicants for the Fall 2021 semester have the option to apply without submitting an ACT or SAT score. Standardized test scores are not required to receive scholarships, and students who are unable to submit test scores will not be disadvantaged in the merit scholarship process. For students who do submit ACT or SAT scores, these will be considered supplemental information and used for determining placement assessments. To learn more about all scholarship opportunities, please visit our website here.
Lawrence Tech is on a rolling admission system so there is no formal deadline to apply to the University; however, it is highly recommended to submit your application documents as soon as possible to ensure ample processing time.
Admission is based upon your academic recalculated GPA, which includes courses in the following subject areas:

Please note that the recalculated GPA is weighted, so any Honors, Advanced, AP, or IB higher level courses will also be taken into consideration.
