 First Year Applicants Button First-year applicants are any applicant entering Lawrence Tech directly from a secondary school, or those who have not completed any college coursework following graduation from a secondary school. Dual enrollment students and graduates from a middle/early college program are considered first-year applicants.
 Transfer Applicant Button Transfer applicants are any applicant who has completed ANY college-level coursework following graduation from a secondary school. Students wishing to pursue the Post-Bac in Pre-Medical Studies program will apply as a transfer applicant.
 Graduate Applicants Button Graduate applicants are students who have completed a Bachelor degree program, or plan to complete a Bachelor degree program within the semester, with hopes of pursing a Master or Doctoral degree.
 International Applicant Button International applicants are students that do not have U.S. citizenship and are not permanent residents of the U.S. Most international applicants are students who plan on studying in the United States on a student visa (F-1 or J-1), or who intend to study in the United States with a student visa.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security & Fire Safety Report
Lawrence Technological University is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security.  The Annual Security and Fire Safety report is available on the Campus Safety website at: https://www.ltu.edu/cm/attach/9b6576b3-3469-4c1b-ba9a-3428db29b71b/2016-rev-2-ASAFSR-09-27-16.pdf.  If you would like to receive a hard copy of the Annual Security and Fire safety Report which contains this information, you can stop by the Campus safety office at 21301 Civic center Drive, Southfield, MI 48076 or you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling 248-204-3945 or by emailing campus_safety@ltu.edu.  The report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, public safety authority, crime reporting policies, fire safety, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about fire statistics at LTU Residential Facilities and crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from campus.
