Henry and Barbara Horldt Excellence in Teaching Award

The Henry and Barbara Horldt Excellence in Teaching Award will be presented to a faculty member who has distinguished himself or herself in the classroom as an outstanding teacher.  Lawrence Technological University faculty, adjunct faculty, and instructors who have taught at the university for at least five years are eligible to receive the award.  Nominations for the award will be accepted through the electronic form below and faculty members and students alike are encouraged to nominate worthy candidates.  The final selection will be made by the Provost based on a pool of candidates generated from all applications received.  Finalists for the award will be asked to submit a two page Statement of Teaching Philosophy as well as their CV to assist the Provost in making the final selection.  To nominate your colleague or teacher, please complete the online survey by Friday April 22nd, 2016.
