Sarah Rescoe
Rescoe began working at Lawrence Technological University in 2013. She received her master's of arts in English from the Bread Loaf School of English at Oxford University and her master's of science in international development from Tulane University’s School of Law in New Orleans. Her PhD, which also focuses on international development and disaster resilience, has led her to work and teach in Asia, Africa and EuropeIn the classroom, Rescoe encourages students to open their minds to different points of view by emphasizing interdisciplinary for active, socially constructed learning through collaborative projects via the use of new technologies. When she isn’t planning ESL lessons, Rescoe enjoys traveling, reading British and world literature, and researching digital/hybrid pedagogy.
