Jason Dodge

Adjunct Faculty

In addition to teaching at Lawrence Tech, Jason is a special instructor in Oakland University’s Writing and Rhetoric Department. He earned his BA (English and Philosophy) and his MA (English) from the University of Maine. He completed his Ph.D. (English) at Purdue University. His research interests are primarily in contemporary theory, rhetoric and composition, and contemporary American literature. Since 2008, he has primarily taught first-year writing. Outside of his teaching and academic career, he enjoys running and cycling and spending time with his wife and twin sons.
