Samia Kesinovic is an adjunct professor at Lawrence Technological University. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University, with a major in Political Science and minor concentrations in Arabic, Near Eastern Studies, and Linguistics. In 2011, Samia studied abroad in Bosnia, Croatia, and the Netherlands examining the cause and effects of the conflict in the Balkans.
Samia also attended Wayne State University to obtain her Master’s degree. Her broad academic interests include linguistics, political science, and world religions. She is specifically curious about the relationship between migration and language shift. She enjoys travelling to experience new cultures and languages.
