Bio

Cameron is a Lawrence Tech alumnus (BSCS’15, MSCS’15), and joined LTU as an Adjunct Professor in 2015.

 He has taught a variety of Computer Science courses online and on-campus, including: Introduction to C, Introduction to Functional Programming, Computer Science 1, Operating Systems, Comparative Programming Languages, and Senior Project.

 Cameron is currently a Senior Software Developer in the financial industry at United Shore, and also has experience writing software and architecting solutions for the automotive industry, as well as advocating for and driving Agile transformations.

 He is passionate about continuous improvement, utilizing the latest technologies and programming languages, and mentoring students.

 His favorite programming languages include C# and JavaScript, and he enjoys building web applications using NodeJS. His research interests include: web technologies, cloud computing, cryptography, streaming video, security/penetration testing, mobile applications, containerization, and the Internet of Things.

 Cameron places a special emphasis on helping students understand how to design and write efficient code in high-level programming languages. He is constantly searching for ways to improve, and looks forward to working with LTU students and faculty alike in facing new challenges and opportunities.
