Senior Lecturer of Mathematics and Computer Science

Prof. Bashkim Zendeli is Developmental Mathematics Program Director and Senior Lecturer of Mathematics and Computer Science Department.

He has been teaching at LTU since 1998. Taught a broad range of mathematics courses from Essential Mathematics to Advanced Engineering Mathematics, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra and Calculus courses. In April 09, 1997, received a Certificate of Recognition for Exceptional Teaching Performance from Wayne State University.  Attended mathematics conferences as a guest and as a speaker ICTCM 20 in 2008 conference, San Antonio, Texas.

Recorded, through LTU e- learning VITRC streaming videos, and used for Intermediate Algebra class MCS 0054 to improve students’ performance.

His current interest/research is in developmental mathematics classes, how to use the technology in mathematics classroom, engage students in learning process and improve student’s performance.

Participated actively in KCP and KEEN program at LTU.

Prof.Bashkim Zendeli attended Wayne State University PhD program and completed most of the advanced graduate math courses.

Earned a Master of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Wayne State University.

He is happily married and has two wonderful kids, Natyra and Arsim.

Hobbies -playing guitar, walking and biking.
