I received my Master of Education degree (M.Ed) in Higher Education from the University of Toledo. My graduate degree was preceded by a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Communications. I joined the Lawrence Tech family in 2005 and I enjoy my work immensely.
As the Associate Dean of Students at Lawrence Tech, I am blessed to be able to support the Dean of Students in the leadership and direction of the Division of Student Affairs; including Career Services, International Programs , Clinical Counseling, Residential Life, Disability Services, Athletics, Student Life, Dining Services, the Academic Achievement Center and First Year Programs.
During my tenure at Lawrence Tech, I have been fortunate to work in several departments within the Division of Student Affairs, which has provided me with valuable experiences and insight into many functional areas within our unit. I always find that no matter what my day might entail, the greatest joy in my position is supporting the engagement, learning, and success of our students.
I am currently a member of several professional organizations, including The American College Personnel Association (ACPA), the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA), Learning Disability Association of America, The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Midwest ACE- Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers, Michigan Association on Higher Education and Disability.
