Aviva Gordon

After a 30 year career with AT&T, Professor Gordon began her academic journey:

Professor Gordon is passionate about educating our next generation - you - our future leader(s) because solid  critical reading, writing, and thinking skills can positively influence every facet of your personal and professional communication. She looks forward to helping you achieve these skills in our classroom and beyond.

She serves as an adjunct professor of English Composition at LTU, and Communication  at Oakland Community College. Professor Gordon has published articles in The Jewish Press and Women in Judaism. In addition, she facilitates workshops on nonverbal communication in personal and professional settings throughout the Midwest.

Off campus she is active in communal endeavors, power walking, yoga, and needlework.
