The event space, built in projector and audio, cleaning and furniture set up and tear down.
A confirmation email will be sent after the contract has been signed and deposit is paid in full.
Free parking is available on campus and available at a first come, first serve basis. The designated parking lot will be confirmed before the event.
Last minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 14 days to a 30 days in advance will result in a refund unless a secondary date has been agreed to. If the cancellation is due to weather/school closing, LTU will work to find a new event date.
45 days’ notice prior to the event date for set up requests are required. 60 days’ notice prior to the event date for large events containing more than 200 people.
Should the requester ask for products outside of our venue, outside rental will be requested.
Lawrence Technological University is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in all university owned or operated campuses, grounds and vehicles, including the athletic field on 10 Mile Road. The policy applies to all faculty, staff, students, contractors, vendors and visitors. Any apparatus or paraphernalia (hookahs, electric cigs, pipes or vaporizers) that is used for smoking is also prohibited.
In adherence with Health Department regulations, outside food is not permitted on campus without the signed approval of Aramark Catering Services of Lawrence Technological University prior to the event date. Aramark Catering Services offers a full menu of food and beverages that will be available for purchase after confirmation of event.
