To submit an event or set-up request, fill out the online form
A minimum of two weeks advance notice is required to allow proper staffing and to ensure we are stocked with the items needed to help make your event a success. The events team cannot ensure accommodations for requests sent less than two weeks prior to the event date.
For presentation support and audio requests, contact the Media Services Department on their website or by email at AV@ltu.edu.
For all food requests or catering needs, on campus, are to be ordered directly via Dining Services. Contact Dining Services at extension 3203.
