The LTU Formula SAE Electric team has launched a Crowdfunding campaign to generate donations for their vehicle. Please visit the link to donate! The team has a fundraising goal of $10,000 and needs your help to successfully complete the project and compete in May.

This team allows young Electrical and Mechanical Engineering students to gain valuable skills and experience to prepare them for the industry. Formula Electric is advancing LTU and it's students into the growing and exciting electric vehicle industry. Their goal is to make LTU Formula Electric a recruiting hub for electric vehicle manufacturers and to build a program that is dominant in races for years to come. The team hit a major milestone in fall 2021 when they achieved a fully functional electric formula vehicle and raced it in the LTU Grand Prix. The team is passionate, hard working, and dedicated, working on the project as much as a full time job while handling a full class load.

Donations are accepted from companies, families, friends, and well wishers. Those with higher value donations will get their own sticker on the vehicle.
