The dual degrees in civil engineering and architecture provide students with the ability to better understand the needs of clients, contractors, and industry practitioners. Communication and teamwork are key components in the business world, and the skills acquired within the dual program encourage the development of solid, lasting relationships needed for students to mature into distinguished professionals.

The direct-entry Master in Architecture + Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering dual-degree program can be completed in six years. Not only will you be eligible for professional licensure as a civil engineer after completing the program; with an architecture degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board, you’ll also be positioned to become a licensed architect.
Additionally, you’ll have the option to jointly earn the Bachelor of Science in Architecture + Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in five years.
