If you received this email we unfortunately had some technical issues associated with your 2019 health insurance and benefits open enrollment data. The issue was not as a result of any errors or omissions on your end. Bannerweb experienced some unexpected corruption issues on a handful of employee data fields. In order to secure your specific plan and benefits package without interruption to your existing plan, we need to work quickly to resolve this issue before the Federal deadline on Friday February 8th. Please login to revalidate your benefits elections now.

The process should only take a few minutes, the specific data we need corrected is generally associated with contact information and should be easy to fill out.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
