eHelp is a central location for instructions and documentation to help you navigate the computing environment at Lawrence Tech.
The Help Desk will begin new in-person hours beginning October 31, 2022. Our new hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am to 6pm Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. We will be monitoring email over weekends and holidays. We will hold later evening hours during the start and end of the semesters and during laptop distribution. These hours will be posted to ensure our faculty, staff and students get the help they need.
