To use online scheduling you have to be on a laptop or computer and logged into the campus VPN

If you have never used LTU Clinical Counseling Services before:

1) Log on to the VPN then follow this link: Online Scheduling

2) Click on the button that says "First Time/New Appointments"

3) You will be taken through a series of screens to fill out your information.  On the first page you will fill out demographic information, you need your student ID number

4) The next set of pages will have you fill out some background & history information and you will read our policies & informed consent.  

5) Finally you will be taken to a screen where you can select times from a list.  The times will show the counselor's name behind them, make sure you are choosing a time with the counselor you want to meet with. 

6) Your appointment time is not confirmed until you receive an email from the counseling staff (Usually within 24 hours during the week)

7) If you cannot get online scheduling to work, please email clinicalcounseling@ltu.edu or the counselor you would prefer to meet with.   


If you have already met with an LTU Clinical Counselor:

1) Log on to the VPN then follow this link: Online Scheduling

2) Click on the button that says "Ongoing Appointment Scheduling"

3) You will fill out your demographic information, you need your student ID number

4)Next, you will be taken to a screen where you can select times from a list.  The times will show the counselor's name behind them, make sure you are choosing a time with your counselor.   

5) Your appointment time is not confirmed until you receive an email from the counseling staff (Usually within 24 hours during the week)

6) If you cannot get online scheduling to work, please email clinicalcounseling@ltu.edu or the counselor you have been meeting with.
