The purpose of the Psychology Honors Society is to foster academic achievement and career development through the coordination of internship and volunteer opportunities, promotion of its members morally, scholastically, and intellectually, and development of a strong base for a future chapter of Psi Chi, an international honors society for psychology.

PHS will work toward its goals by working closely with Lawrence Technological University and its Psychology department, adhering to the guidelines of Psi Chi to ensure membership by Fall 2018, and reserving a study space for members.

Meetings are biweekly on Mondays at 8:30pm in room M211.
On the opposite weeks, we will use the room as a study group space for psychology majors and minors.

We are an honors society for psychology in partnership with Dr. Morgan-Paisley (Faculty Advisor) and
Dr. Delogu (Director of Psychology). In Fall 2018, we will apply to become a chapter of Psi Chi, an
international psychology honors society.
