Follow the Steps Below to Begin Your Journey!
Step One
Approach faculty members in your discipline of interest, explain your Quest Program enthusiasm, and discuss project ideas within their area of expertise. If you need help identifying faculty members who may have common interests, contact Dr. Shannon Timmons, director of the Quest Program, at stimmons@ltu.edu.
Step Two
Working with your faculty mentor, complete and submit a Quest Program application by the fall semester due date. Note that the application deadline for the 2023-2024 academic year has passed. Please check back early next fall for the 2024-2025 application deadline.
Step Three
Begin your Quest project!
Step Four
Keep excellent project notes and prepare a poster for presentation at LTU’s Research Day in the spring.
Step Five
Record a 3-minute video of explaining your project endeavors, which may be posted on the Quest website and shared via LTU social media channels.
