General Exam proctoring is a FREE service offered EXLUSIVELY to LTU students. Students who are unable to complete exams/quizzes during regularly scheduled class time can take them at the AAC with their professor's approval. We will make every effort to accommodate a student's schedule when making an exam appointment, however, students should not wait until the last minute to make an appointment.

Testing Hours Spring 2024:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 7:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

NEW Process for Spring 2024!
In order to accomodate more students this semester, the AAC has changed the testing process.

Step 1: Initiate the conversation with your professor. They will need to fill out a Google Form authorizing you to take a test in the AAC.
Step 2: Once we have received the Google form from your professor, an AAC staff will email you a link to schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Once we have received your tentative appointment, AAC staff will verify. Then you will receive an automated email confirming the appointment.

  • Please note, AAC staff will not send out email reminders. It is your responsibility to communicate with your professor, and arrive on time.
  • All initial appointments will be tentative. If we don't have your test, this appointment will remain tentative until we receive it.
  • If we do not have your testing materials at least 1 hour before your tentative appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you'll need to discuss with your professor.
  • If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your exam, your appointment will be cancelled.
  • Only 1 resechedule will be allowed for tests/exams.
  • If you have missed the date range to take your exam, you must communicate with your professor.

Appointment requests can be made 2 hours in advance. Speak with your professor prior to making your appointment to ensure you both agree on a testing date and time.

NOTE: We do not administer Placement Exams during Finals week.

You will need to sign a Testing Service Form in person before each exam.

Next Steps:

Once an appointment has been made, inform your instructor of the date and time of your appointment. Bring your student ID and any required testing materials (pencil, calculator, etc.) to the appointment.

Note: We can and will check on you in the middle of your test!

If we discover you have unauthorized materials (including cell phones) or are in any way exhibiting behaviors that do not follow the Academic Honor Code or Student Code of Conduct, we will inform your professor of the incident and further action may be taken.
