Warren Education Center

Driven by our vision to be the school of first choice for students in the region, LTU extended its reach to Warren in 2000! Through a partnership with the U.S.Army Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM), Lawrence Tech's most successful graduate business program is offered on-site at the Warren Education Center, located at 6501 E. 11 Mile Road between Mound and Van Dyke.

Warren students can obtain a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) on-site. Some classes are taught in a hybrid format with half on-line and half on-ground. With assistance from the College's On-Site Manager, admission, registration, book purchases, and advising are all convenient and efficient.

The College of Management's motto of "Leadership through Theory and Practice” guides our faculty's commitment to teaching excellence and focus on real world situations. The College of Management is accredited by the Higher Education Commission of the North Central Association, the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), and the International Assembly of Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).

Program Design

The MBA is a modified modular-cohort program with its course schedules preset to follow in a pre-determined manner with specific dates. A student can enroll in a program taking one class at a time or for those that wish to finish their degree sooner, they may choose to take two classes at a time. Classes are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The MBA program at the Warren Education Center familiarizes working professionals with basic business disciplines as well as leadership and management skills. Its focus is on the strategic relationship of modern business to rapidly changing social, political, and economic environments.

The program's real-world emphasis - taught by faculty with industry experience - is sustained by the philosophy that graduates should be able to provide solutions to a variety of situations in many industries and fields.

Students benefit from a variety of learning methods, including case studies, simulations, exercises, lectures and discussions, oral presentations, debates, and reports on applied research.
