JOB TITLE:  Residence Hall Coordinator

JOB DUTIES: The candidate will be responsible for the administrative operation of a residential complex, which houses 200 to 350 students, and for providing leadership and direction to a comprehensive student development program.  Assists the director of residence life with the performance of administrative tasks, including housing applications, room assignments, resident services, community programs, and coordinating maintenance and safety.  Supervises student staff to develop a culture of student leadership development and student involvement.  In all activity, the residence hall coordinator recognizes that service to students is a top priority.

QUALIFICATION:  Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience working in a residence hall required.  Masters degree in higher education, college student personnel, counseling or related field and two years experience managing a residence hall preferred.

JOB DUTIES:  The Enrollment Services Associate position will serve as one of the individuals responsible for providing the front line service to our constituents within the Lawrence Tech DTE One Stop Center for Enrollment Services. This individual will communicate all information to our constituents in the LTU student service philosophy; assist and counsel students with financial aid, registration, and student accounting transactions and resolve student application/data errors and issues remotely at the One Stop Center.

The candidate supervises part-time lab assistants.  Maintains the BlackBoard policies and procedures for students and faculty.  Responsible for updating the COM’s websites.  Serves as part of the office staff to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
