Lawrence Tech has two co-ed residence halls: University Housing-North and University Housing-South. Each features one- and two-bedroom apartment-style suites that accommodate two to four students, depending on the size of the suite. Single rooms are available in University Housing-South. Room costs vary by residence hall and whether you select single, double, or multiple occupancy. Both buildings provide (at no extra cost):
