Breakfast Buffet

*Buffet Breakfast includes a choice of two juices: orange, apple, cranberry, and grape. Warm croissants with regular and decaffe coffee and ice water.

Egg Strata - Egg casserole layered with country fresh sausage, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, fresh tomato and herbs.

Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs - Whipped fluffy scrambled eggs

Roasted Vegetable Quiche - Select seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, grilled and folded in a creamy custard and married with Swiss and cheddar cheeses in a flaky bakers crust

Buttermilk Hot Cakes - Piping hot cakes, your choice of blueberry or plain and accompanied with choice of raspberry sauce, or maple syrup.

Royal French Toast - Thickly sliced bread coated with a cinnamon vanilla essence and served with warmed syrup and choice of topping, caramelized apples or raspberries.
