The name of your Organization, the names and Banner IDs of users who will be managers of the Blackboard Organization site, the names and Banner IDs of users who will be participants, the names and Banner IDs of users who will be co-managers of the site.
Please note: The above information should be included in your message with only one name and Banner ID per line. For Student Organizations, the faculty advisor for the student organization is the person who makes this request.
