Mark Brucki, Executive Director, Corporate & Community Partnerships

Mark leads the development of Corporate and Community Partnerships that increase Applied Research and Industry Sponsored Student Projects, generate Philanthropic Support for University initiatives, strengthens Campus Recruiting of LTU Students, and strengthens Community Relationships, especially with the City of Southfield, City of Detroit, and Midtown Detroit. He also leads the university’s federal, state, and local government relations engagements.

Mark leads the LTU Collaboratory, an entrepreneurial initiative that provides business coaching, mentoring and commercialization support to students, faculty, alumni and the business community. He is actively engaged with new entrepreneurial and community program development with LTU’s Detroit Center for Design + Technology.

Mark is involved with several organizations, committees and advisory boards, including Oakland County Economic Development Roundtable, Michigan Israel Business Bridge (MIBB), the Southfield Economic Development Committee, and the Michigan Economic Developers Association. Within LTU, Mark is a member of the President’s Administrative Council, Strategic Planning Committee, and Campaign Steering Committee.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University and a MBA from Lawrence Tech. He is a graduate of Leadership Detroit XXIX.

Howard Davis, CFRE, Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations

davis.howard.jpgHoward has primary responsibility for corporate and foundation philanthropy. Through strategic partnerships, he advances university initiatives such as applied research, sponsored student projects, special projects, career opportunities for students, and corporate and community outreach.  University committee assignments include Research Support Services, Strategic Planning, Campaign Steering, Scholarship, Industry Sponsored Projects, and Kern Entrepreneurship Educational Network.   He received a 2012 Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Circle of Excellence Award for Collaborative Programs in recognition of his successful engagement of alumni employed by corporate partners participating in sponsored student projects.
