Tourette Syndrome affects a person’s ability to control behavior.  This syndrome produces a variety of symptoms such as motor tics, production of noises, or vocalization of socially unacceptable words.  If you encounter someone with these symptoms, the best thing to do is to ignore the movement or outbursts.
