Incoming first-year students are encouraged to attend the Summer Connections Program, where they will learn about University resources, gain valuable college-survival skills, get a head start on their classes, and build new friendships. Returning Scholars interns will help run Summer Connections along with an intern from the University of California-Berkeley’s Biology Scholars Program.
