Petition Deadlines
Failure to submit a petition by the deadline will result in a one-semester delay in your degree or certificate being awarded.
Spring 2012 graduates and Summer 2012 graduates who wish to attend the commencement ceremony must turn in a petition for graduation no later than April 15, 2012.

Graduation Dates
The graduation date that will be printed on transcripts and diplomas is always the last date of the semester in which the student is graduating.
Academic Year 2011-2012 Dates
Fall Term – December 22 , 2011
Spring Term – May 12 , 2012
Summer – July 26, 2012
Diplomas
Diplomas are mailed approximately one month after the traditional semester ends. If your address will be different after graduation, please be sure to update your information on BannerWeb before the mailing dates below. Toronto and Vancouver diplomas are mailed to the campus site via UPS mail.
Please Note: Diplomas will not be released by the dates listed below if you have any past due financial obligations (housing charges, library fees, parking, tuition, etc.) and/or if you are a federal Student Loan recipient and have not completed Exit Counseling.
