Academic Room Scheduling

All of the classroom scheduling for LTU is handled by Enrollment Services. We work closely with all of the departments as well as Disability Services to ensure that each course is placed in a suitable classroom.

We ask that when each department turns in their initial schedules to Enrollment Services that they also list any room requipment needs.

Room changes

If an instructor would like a room change they first need to contact their department. The department will then email a request to our office at schedule@ltu.edu . Please try to include all important information in the request to ensure a quick turnaround time.
