Leadership and Executive Coaching

Why do some people seem to have "executive presence" and "business confidence" as leaders while others struggle with finding their true leadership identity?  What assets and liabilities do you bring as a leader?  Do you have the benefit of an executive coach to point out your derailers, strong suits, and necessary next steps? Wouldn't it be great to stategize on current job challenges with an industry expert and certified coach?

The Center for Executive Coaching and Leadership works exclusively with individuals at the front-line supervior through senior executive levels.  Essentially, we advance personal leadership performance, both through increased technical as well as behavior skill development.
