Groundbreaking for the first phase of the A. Alfred Taubman Engineering, Architecture, and Life Sciences Complex , which will connect the Science and Engineering Buildings, will be held in September 2014. The A. Alfred Taubman Engineering, Architecture, and Life Sciences Complex  will provide facilities for Lawrence Tech’s robotics program, science labs, and biomedical engineering labs, as well as space for multidisciplinary student collaboration.
