Carbon Fiber Bridges go to Washington D.C.

Congresswoman Candice Miller successfully sponsored an amendment to the National Highway Bridge Reconstruction Act which directs the Secretary of Transportation to conduct a study on the cost benefit of using carbon fiber composite materials in bridge replacement projects. See the video from the house floor
