Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Successful completion of the BSIT program requires:
- General Education (Math, Science, English, etc.): 52 hours
- BSIT Program (including pre-technology, business, and technical cores): 68 hours
- Completion of ICCP Core Exam
If a student’s GPA falls below a 2.0, he or she will be placed on probation and will have until the end of the following semester to improve his or her overall GPA to a 3.0 or better. Failure to maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 may result in dismissal from the college.

General Electives and Electives/Concentration must be course work at the 3000 level or above. Students can, with permission, take graduate information systems (MISXXXX) and graduate management (MGTXXXX) courses.
In addition, students with professional certifications (such as MCSE, CNE, A+, Network+, Cisco, etc.) may request an evaluation for credit. Credit will be awarded for completed certifications and counted in the Electives/Concentration requirements for the course.
