CIMBA Curriculum

The LTU CI-MBA approach to career integrated learning encompasses the current business environment, providing perspectives important for successful leadership. The curriculum combines core business strategies with the management of change and an understanding of international business.

Our program attracts middle level managers that intend to occupy executive level positions in the near future. The CI-MBA program integrates basic core business subjects into modular components and themes designed to develop the interpersonal, managerial, and leadership skills of a student in a business conference setting. CI-MBA is a customized weekend program that begins in the fall of each year and meets two weekends a month with a distance-learning component bridging the off-weekends.  The course work incorporates lectures, seminars, cases, simulation activities, and workshops delivered by a team of faculty, executives, and guest speakers.

The program is a two-year cohort program.
