Learning Circle for Nonprofit Financial Executives
Sharing to Succeed
The LTU Learning Circle for Nonprofit Financial Executives is a network of nonprofit financial executives meeting regularly for facilitated, peer-driven conversations to share common challenges and learn practical solutions and best practices. The learning circle is open to any person working for a nonprofit organization in a lead financial management capacity including CFO’s, lead accountants or bookkeepers as well as board members who serve on the financial management or audit committees. The Learning Circle provides a format for peers to discuss professional issues in an informal, self-directed group discussion. These conversations occur both on-ground at Lawrence Technological University and online. This shared learning approach seeks to provide professional development and promote exchange of new information, best practice knowledge and fosters solutions related to financial management at charitable organizations.
The Cultural Alliance for Southeastern Michigan is a partner and supporter of this Learning Circle: http://www.culturalalliancesemi.org/
