Biography
For over 30 years, Dr. Inskeep has designed human resource systems, counseled, consulted, and taught on a number of individual and organization development matters, and managed human resource operations for a variety of domestic and international organizations. His experience includes management responsibility in personnel planning, administration and human resource/organization development, with an emphasis on recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee counseling/relations, succession planning, performance management, policy development. and total quality management. His university teaching experience spans four institutions.
Dr Inskeep graduated from Wayne State University College of Liberal Arts with a PhD. Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a minor in Social Psychology. He also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Inskeep currently serves as Executive Director for Lawrence Tech's Center for Non-Profit Management and is a college professor in the College of Management.

- The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Flint, Michigan (1994 to 2002), Director of Human Resources - Responsible for directing all employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training,, and organization development functions worldwide for the 14th largest independent foundation in the United States:
- The Stroh Brewery Company, Detroit, Michigan (1979-1994), Director of Corporate Personnel and Manager of Training and Development - Responsible for directing employment, employee relations, organization development, and employee training and development functions at the corporate headquarters, six production facilities, and field sales offices nationwide for the nation’s fourth largest brewer.
- Salvation Army Harbor Light Treatment Center, Detroit, Michigan (1974-1978), Director of Vocational and Staff Development Services - Developed government grants and directed a counseling staff serving over 1,000 clients annually.
- Michigan Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Detroit, Michigan (1969-1974), Assistant District Office Supervisor - Directed employees engaged in providing vocational rehabilitation services to Detroit area adults.
- Dr. Inskeep has also engaged in a variety of consulting assignments on behalf of organizations ranging from the Kresge Foundation, Michigan Bell, Detroit Edison Company, the Detroit Police Department, the Southfield School System, the Archdiocese of Detroit, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
