The College of Management at Lawrence Technological University is committed to the development of tomorrow’s leaders through the cultivation and enrichment of their minds and spirit.  With our professional programs that meld theory with practice, we achieve our mission by teaching, research, and the integration of sound leadership principles into our students learning experiences.

Our first priority is the education of our students through our distinctive doctorate, master, pre-graduate, and certificate programs.  Our ability to respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of our students and the business community is one of our College’s primary strengths.  Since the founding of our institution, the linkage of theory with practice has been a cherished value of the College of Management.

Lawrence Tech is a private university, unfettered by bureaucratic layers or political control.  We are proud that since 1998, our College of Management has consistently ranked among the nation’s highest in student satisfaction surveys.  We are proud of our agility and entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed our College of Management to extend its reach throughout the region and the international communities.     We are proud of our campus and our educational centers with their location to major arteries in the region; with our commitment to community service as exemplified through our Centers for Non-Profit Management and Global Leadership; and with our initiatives that work to create a global community and develop a new generation of global thinkers.

Since 1932, with almost 30,000 alumni, Lawrence Tech and its College of Management have made important contributions to the development of Southeast Michigan.  In the decades to follow, we intend to be an important contributor to improving the quality of life on the world’s stage.  Our strategic planning and allocation of resources is directed toward creating a University and a Management school that is nationally and internationally recognized through innovative programs that produce global thinkers and leaders.
