College of Management Alumni Week 2013
Please join the College of Management in welcoming our Alumni back to campus this month, as we host our inaugural College of Management Alumni Week from March 18th-21st, 2013.
There are many exciting activities happening with our alumni that you may participate in. We want our current students to get to know our alumni, and learn from the experience and wisdom that they have gained since successfully making their way out into the business community.
We'd like to introduce our alumni guest speakers for Alumni Week:

Our Keynote Speaker for the week is Cary Wood, MSIO'96. Cary will be giving a presentation on Thursday, March 21st at 12:15 pm in the Marburger Auditorium as part of LTU's Blue Devil Entrepreneurial Venture Series. His topic will be A Case Study from a 21st Century Corporate Turnaround Executive . Cary is President & CEO of Sparton Corporation, and is on the College of Management Board of Advisors. Lunch will be provided starting at 11:45, and students may earn Blue Devil points for attending this event. Cary will also be speaking to our FIN 6013 & GLM 6353 classes in the evening after his keynote address
We will be hosting a reception for students, alumni, staff and faculty in the College of Management to meet Cary Wood from 5:00-5:30 pm in M336. All are welcome to attend.
Finally, the LTU Alumni office is hosting a Lifelong Learning Symposium on Wed, March 20th at 7:00 pm in the Lear Auditorium T429, entitled Social Media in Business. The inaugural speaker for this program is Karen Untereker, U.S. Social Media Manager, Ford Motor Company. The event is free but registration is required.
