Mission:

Dedicated to Creating Lasting Positive Changes in People's Lives

Sigma Alpha Phi, or the National Society of Leadership and Success, is an organization that helps members discover and achieve their goals. The Society offers life-changing lectures from the nation's leading entrepreneurs, in a community where like-minded, success-oriented individuals come together to motivate and stimulate action. The Society serves as a powerful force of change in the greater community by encouraging and organizing social projects. 


Speaker Series:

Lawrence Technological University will host six6 video conference events each year. The conferences are lectures delivered by the nation's leading entrepreneurs, authors, and speakers regarding their personal and successful leadership experiences.  


Successful Networking Team:

In Successful Networking Teams, members meet in small groups with other student leaders from various majors and organizations. Following an informal guide, the teams will work to confront challenges facing their academic, career and life goals. Thorough careful planning, action, and accountability, rapid changes are foreseeable. 


Becoming a Member:

To be eligible for induction into the Society, students must be formally invited by their university, or, they may complete a nomination form and have it approved by the appropriate university official on campus. After submitting the application, students will be eligible after attending the Orientation Meeting, three or more Videoconferences, three or more Success Networking Team meetings, and a three-hour Leadership Training Day.
